Bramble Jiu Jitsu is a safe, respectful and supportive environment for learning BJJ in a setting that respects all practitioners.

Each member must show respect towards training partners, coaches and equipment.

Participants must arrive on time for the warm-up. If they are going to be late, they must inform the coach and wait for her permission before going onto the tatami.

Impeccable hygiene is essential for everyone's safety and comfort. Participants must arrive clean and with short fingernails and toenails.

The kimono or rashguard must be clean.

The practitioner removes all jewelry, accessories, piercings or necklaces before the class.

Flip-flops are mandatory when moving around outside the tatami.

People with skin disease, infection or open wound cannot step onto the tatami.
